Our Dry January Mocktail Recipes!

The Fruity, Flowery Fizzer (Elise’s mocktail)

Cranberry Juice

Orange and/or Pineapple Juice

Elderberry Syrup

Soda water

Lime garnish

Fill 16 oz cup with ice and fill ¾ with soda water. Add 1 teaspoon of elderberry syrup. Then top with a splash of all fruit juices. Garnish with a lime.

Hibiscus Cardamom Spritzer (Sara’s Mocktail)

2 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup by Portland Syrups

12 oz Plain seltzer

Lime wedge

In a 16 oz cup, pour seltzer over ice and syrup. Add a squeeze of lime to taste.
